Beth Candy's Page Builder Sound File Storage is here!
Page Builders now have a place to store wavs and midis. All you need to do is forward an e-mail with the wav attachment, or URL of the midi to:
SecretAdmirer@at.starblvd.net. Make sure you put "PBstorage" in the subject line. You will be e-mailed your linkable file.
It will look like this:
The files are for your use only. Please do not share them or make them part of a public listing.
Please turn off your e-mail signature when sending these files to me so that I can work more efficiently.
You can change the file by sending a new file. This will over-ride your previous selection. The link remains the same, so you will not have to change anything in your Page Builder.
Your file name will be based on your webtv e-mail name. If you want a file for a secondary user, you will need to switch users and send in the e-mail from that account.
This service is for WebTV Page Builders because they do not have sound file storage.
In the large box type:
<bgsound src="http://www.PBstorage.com/name.wav">
Press the "Done" button
Press the "Publish" button (on left sidebar)
Note: When you type the above code out, there is only one space between bgsound and src. Do not use your space bar anywhere else and you would not use the return key at all.
You would replace the file name "name" with your webtv user name.
