The PageBuilder is an excellent place to store your e-mail signature lines. You can keep them in one central place, organized, handy, and accessible from any user account. If you took the time to build a great Holiday sig or just enjoy using different sigs for different moods, you will enjoy this easy Sig Storage. It takes less than 5 minutes to make.
Here's How:
Go to your PageBuilder Index
Click on "create"
Select a page style.
Click on "Add an item."
Select "Text"
Cut and paste this in the large box:

Press "Done"
Press "Publish" (on left sidebar)
To customize this for your personal needs:
Remove the title (e.g.: My Christmas Sig" and replace with your own description.
Remove the words "Code Here" and replace with actual code from your sigs. I put the HTML in for you.
Make as many boxes as you need by repeating the code that starts with the two "br's" and ends with "/textarea"
To add sig lines in the future:
Go to your PageBuilder Index.
Click on this page.
Click on "Change page"
You will see this page.
Take your arrow down around to highlight the text
Click on the highlighted text.
Paste your latest sig creation in.
Press "Done"
Press "Publish" (on left sidebar)
Important: Remember to press the "Publish" button on the left sidebar to save any changes you have made.
To retreive your stored sigs:
Go to your page.
Enter the box that contains your sig.
Press the "cmd" and "A" keys to highlight the text.
Press the "C" key to copy.
Go into your mailbox and press "V" to post the code into your Signature Settings.
Common errors:
The most common error in cutting and pasting HTML code is invisible spaces.
To delete invisible spaces:
Put your cursor in the front of the second line of your code.
Look at the last character of your first line (e.g., the letter R).
Lightly press your delete key once.
Did you delete the letter R? (R is used an example of what character is last on line one.)
If you did, replace it.
If you did not delete the letter R (the last letter of line 1), then you deleted an invisible space.
Press the delete key again in case there is a second invisible space.
Once you delete the last letter of line 1 you know that you have deleted all the invisible spaces.
Remember to immediately replace any character you have deleted.
Continue searching and deleting invisible spaces by proceeding to the next line (line 3) and looking at the end of line 2, etc., etc.
