Ok as for receiveing your email from your classic box's account you can only get those logon names mail from that box. You cannot remote mail it. Remote mail is for retrieving mail from a pop email account. In other words say you are using an isp(internet service provider) to connect to the web tv. When you joiin the isp they will give you an email address. My email is trustno1@warzone.com So if I was using this isp to connect to web tv and wanted to retrieve my email from it I would inout the information into it. This is remote mail. What you need to do to get the info from the other box is either hook it up or have web tv transfer all the info from the old box to the new one. Its called a box switch. However if you do a box switch then all the info on your plus you have setup now will be lost. Also make sure your classic is cancelled if you are not using it. If you dont web tv will continue to bill you. (its in their TOS(terms of service) Hope this helps you. As for the talkcity thing I know they have ben having alot of problems lately. Also if you have anything offensive in the logon name you are trying to conenct to talkcity with it wont let you in either. Good luck.
