- The Mayaguez Incident
In 1975, the US merchant ship Mayaguez was seized by the Khmer Rouge. This site tells the story of the rescue of the crew by the US Navy, Air Force, and Marines, memorializes those gallant servicemen killed in the rescue, and the 18 men still missing.
